That is something I can say is right, regardless. No one should feel forced to accept unwanted physical contact.ĭating and meeting people is one of the most prejudice things we do. People should be equally outraged if the roles were reversed. Regardless of the gender, this behaviour should be condemned and not encouraged. There are even comments on this thread that say what she is doing is "not that bad" or it's acceptable because she is attractive or small. If we are honest, had a man posted a similar type of video where he approaches and continually touches/hugs/follows random women without their consent, the comment section would be vastly different and you cannot deny that. Prior to me posting the video on this subreddit, a majority of the comments on her tiktoks were laughing and encouraging her to continue hugging random men, despite their obvious discomfort. I was shocked by her behaviour because she is touching strangers continually without their consent. I didn't post this to try and "one up" on women who have experienced sexual harassment, assault or rape. I am new to this country, but I feel pretty confident that touching people without their consent, particularly during a pandemic, would be considered illegal?ĮDIT: Some of her worse/more inappropriate videos have now been removed from tiktok, I am not sure if this is from her deleting them herself or from being removed by tiktok.ĮDIT 2: For clarification, I am a woman. I was not sure what flair to add so I chose crime.
